Voter Surpression

In watching the video of the voter's plight in Ohio, it saddened me to think in 2004 that people's right to vote were being denied not in the ways we would think by actual supression but by simply not providing them with adequate resources. It's almost like let's not give the tools to the people on purpose so they can't have their voice heard. Right now the U.S. is overseas fighting for the Iraqi people to have thier right to vote, however before going abroad to make sure rights are met shouldn't we be making sure that our citizen's rights are met?? Just a thought.
