Privacy

It's eerie how sometimes issues from one class can cross over into another one. The use of the internet is raising many judicial and even now consitutional questions. Many of my classmates are discussing communciations and it's path and its credibiity, but what about the privacy concerns. Do bloggers have a right to a certain privacy. Some are saying if you post to a blog even under a pseudonym that it can be used against you in one form or another down the road when the person posting it assumed that they had certain protections in being able to post. These issues are real and have been going to court and now are being used to challenge does the constituion protect this or do we stay out of it.
