Online Targeting

I have mixed feelings about having campaign websites being done in more than one language. On one hand I think it's great that candidates have realized that immigrants have made incredible contributions to society and are catering to them by acknowledging their power base and their value to America. The flip side is as one classmate said it's disturbing to have to cater a message to a specific group. This could lead to other sects of the population feeling excluded or in some cases not valued. These are murky waters to be treading but I'm positive that we will navigate this and all parties will be happy and get their due recognition.

Downing Street Memo

The smoking gun that was supposed to shake global politics. Sigh unfortunately no one seems to have really picked up on it. Even though Rep. Conyers has addressed the media to investigate it and as well as the British government to acknowledge this. This smoking gun will be a test to the power of the Internet. I would personally like for this catch fire and just blow up and captivate us all. Many supporters are comparing this to Watergate. They were all like it took almost 1-2 years before it got the magnitude it has. They are all hoping the same for the Downing Street Memo since for some the creditable of how powerful the Internet can be
